What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Your content (saved tenders, search terms, profiles, imported notices, help and AI prompts) — to provide the service (contract).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, activity logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (contract / legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run the app, including AI processing for the Tender Scout and help assistant.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within 90 days of closure, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. We respond within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level permissions so each user only sees their own private data.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
